Reductions for children

(if staying in the parents room with 2 full-payers)

• 3 - 10 years, 50 % reduction
• 10 - 14 years, 30 % reduction
• ab 14 years, 10 % reduction

Reductions are applied only for children staying in parents room with 2 full-payers. If the children occupy their own separate room, on inquiry.
Children’s table seats and cots are available on request (subject to availability).

Things worth knowing:

• Arrival/Departure: On the day of your arrival the room will be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
• Booking/Reservation: Should you wish to specify your desired room type, or even a particular room number, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes. However, we cannot give you a firm, binding promise. A binding booking for a room will be made as soon as we have received a deposit of € 100.00 per room, through a bank transfer.
• Cancellations: up to 20 days before the start of your holiday, no cancellation fee will be charged. From 20 days to 7 days before the start of your holiday, a cost equivalent of 3 days’ stay will be charged. For less than 7 days before the start of your holiday, or a premature departure, the daily rate per person will be charged. We therefore recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance cover. We would appreciate your understanding that we can only accept the cancellation of booked rooms if we are informed in writing.
• Payment: Payment of the hotel bill can be made in cash or with a credit card (VISA, EC), with the exception of our Offer of the Week, which must be paid in cash only.
• Dogs, upon request: € 6.00 per day, not including food. Dogs are not permitted to enter the swimming pool area or the dining room.
